Som Tam Lao is an authentic Thai dish from Laos that I was lucky enough to try at Sapp Coffee Shop. The flavors were a perfect balance of spicy and sour, and the texture of the papaya was crunchy and fresh. It was love at first bite! The portion size was generous, and I enjoyed every last morsel. If you’re looking for an authentic Thai experience in Los Angeles, Som Tam Lao is a must-try.

Pad Thai is one of my favorite dishes to order when I’m at Sapp Coffee Shop. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of chewiness. The combination of sweet and sour flavors was spot on, and the addition of peanuts and bean sprouts added a nice crunch. It’s a classic dish for a reason! If you’re in the mood for something comforting and familiar, Pad Thai is an excellent choice.

Khao Pad is another delicious option at Sapp Coffee Shop that I highly recommend. The rice was cooked to a perfect fluffy texture, and the addition of fresh herbs and spices added a bright and refreshing flavor.
