As a foodie and restaurant blogger, I’m always on the lookout for new and exciting places to try. When I heard about Ktown Pho in Los Angeles, I knew I had to check it out. Located at 974 S Western Ave, this unassuming Vietnamese eatery has gained a loyal following among locals and visitors alike.
Ktown Pho is located at 974 S Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90006, USA. This family-owned restaurant serves up authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a modern twist. From the Bánh mì to the Spring Rolls, every dish on the menu is made fresh to order and bursting with flavor.
Bánh mì is one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes. The crispy baguette, fresh herbs, pickled carrots and daikon, and spicy chili sauce all come together to create a flavor explosion in your mouth. When I bit into the Bánh mì at Ktown Pho, I was immediately hit with the aroma of toasted bread and the crunch of fresh veggies. It’s the perfect combination of textures and flavors that will keep you coming back for more.
Pho is a classic Vietnamese noodle soup made from a rich beef broth, rice noodles, herbs, and your choice of beef. When I had Pho at Ktown Pho, I was blown away by the depth of flavor in the broth - it’s clear that they use only the freshest ingredients to make this signature dish. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the rare steak was tender and flavorful.
Spring Rolls are a staple of Vietnamese cuisine, and Ktown Pho does them justice. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these spring rolls are filled with shredded vegetables and served with a sweet and sour dipping sauce. I loved how they were made fresh to order, and the combination of textures and flavors was just right.
The restaurant has a lively and bustling atmosphere. Multiple people sit at tables, enjoying their meals. The decor is not clearly visible due to the vertical alignment of the images, but it seems modern and clean.
