Welcome back to my blog! Today, I’m excited to share with you my latest dining adventure at River Roast in Chicago. As a restaurant blogger, I love discovering new eateries that offer something unique and exciting - and River Roast certainly fits the bill. With its cozy atmosphere, attentive service, and mouth-watering menu options, it’s no wonder this place has become a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
River Roast is located in the heart of Chicago, at 315 N La Salle Dr. This beautiful venue offers stunning views of the city skyline, making it the perfect spot for special occasions or just a night out with friends. With its elegant decor, extensive cocktail menu, and delicious American cuisine, River Roast is an experience you won’t want to miss.
River Roast’s fried chicken is an absolute delight. The crispy exterior gives way to juicy, flavorful meat that’s simply irresistible. I was blown away by the perfect balance of spices and seasonings - it’s clear that their chefs have perfected this classic dish. Whether you’re a fan of traditional Southern-style or something more modern, River Roast’s fried chicken has something for everyone.
The pasta at River Roast is another standout. I opted for the spaghetti Bolognese and was impressed by the generous serving size and rich flavors. The pasta itself was cooked to perfection - al dente with just the right amount of bite. And let’s not forget the sauce, which added a depth of flavor that elevated the dish to new heights.
If you’re a fan of grilled meats, River Roast has got you covered. Their steaks are hand-cut in-house and cooked to your liking - I opted for medium-rare and was blown away by the tenderness and juiciness of the meat. The charred exterior added a nice textural element to the dish, while the flavors were bold and satisfying.
A warm and inviting restaurant with a rustic-chic decor, offering a relaxed ambiance perfect for casual dining or special occasions.
