Au Cheval is a trendy restaurant located in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago. The moment you step inside, you know you’re in for a treat - the decor is sleek and modern, with exposed brick walls and industrial-chic lighting. But it’s not just about looks; Au Cheval serves up some of the best comfort food in the city.

The macaroni and cheese at Au Cheval is a game-changer. It’s creamy, it’s cheesy, and it’s the perfect comfort food to warm up on a chilly day. The pasta is cooked to perfection, and the sauce is rich and velvety. I’ve had my fair share of mac and cheese, but this one takes the cake.

The grilled cheese sandwiches at Au Cheval are a must-try for any cheese lover. The bread is toasted to perfection, and the cheese is melted to a golden brown. It’s crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside - what more could you ask for? The portion size is generous, and I was able to finish it in just a few bites.

The burgers are to die for. Tasty like none others. Awesome service. Get there early or you won’t get in lol Always line ups, I can see why tho.
