Welcome back to our blog! Today, we’re excited to share our experience at Bubby’s Tribeca, a charming American restaurant in the heart of New York City. As a food blogger, I’m always on the lookout for hidden gems that offer authentic flavors and exceptional service - and this spot certainly delivers!
Located at 120 Hudson St New York, NY 10013 , USA, Bubby’s Tribeca is an unassuming gem nestled in the bustling streets of downtown Manhattan. With its cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and creative menu offerings, it’s no wonder why locals and visitors alike flock to this beloved eatery.
The pancakes at Bubby’s Tribeca were fluffy and moist, with just the right amount of sweetness. I ordered the buttermilk pancakes with fresh berries, and they were absolutely divine. The portion was generous, and I loved that it came with a side of pure Canadian maple syrup - the perfect complement to the warm, golden-brown goodness.
I must say, their waffles are one of my top picks! Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, these Belgian-style waffles were cooked to perfection. I opted for the classic buttermilk waffle with a sprinkle of powdered sugar, but they also offer various toppings like fresh fruits, whipped cream, or even chocolate chips - the possibilities are endless!
The creamy tomato soup at Bubby’s Tribeca was a revelation! Thick and comforting, it warmed my belly on a chilly morning. The flavors were rich and balanced, with just the right amount of acidity to cut through the richness. I savored every spoonful, savoring the taste of fresh tomatoes, onions, and herbs.
A casual, upscale dining establishment with a focus on breakfast and brunch items. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with wooden tables and chairs, and soft lighting. The service seems friendly and attentive, with servers taking the time to explain the menu options and make recommendations.
