The Baja-Style Fish Taco was an absolute delight! The tender and juicy fish was perfectly seasoned, wrapped in a soft corn tortilla, and topped with a tangy slaw made from red cabbage and a drizzle of chipotle aioli.

The Grilled Chicken Fajita Salad was a delightful surprise! The bed of mixed greens was topped with succulent grilled chicken, sautéed onions and bell peppers, crispy tortilla strips, and a zesty cilantro-lime dressing.

The Churros con Cajeta stole my heart with its crispy, sugary goodness. Warm churros served alongside a rich cajeta sauce made from caramelized goat’s milk created an irresistible combination that danced on my taste buds.
